Paula Abdul, 56, stuns in tiny tuxedo dress for red carpet return

Last night, Drake won big awards including "Top Artist" of 2019.

The singer is now on everyone's radar seeing as though she just released her brand new single "ME!" with Panic!

On top of dripping in diamonds, Carey wore a shimmering black sequin dress with a thigh-high slit and sparkly peep-toe Sophia Webster platform heels to the awards show.

"Icon? I really don't think of myself that way. I was very defiantly putting up a defense mechanism", she explains. He won 12 awards Wednesday in Las Vegas, making his career total 27 (Swift has 23 wins).

Until awards season (AKA my favorite season) starts again, these magical red carpet moments are what sustain me.

Viewers praised the singer and dancer - who is launching a residency at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, which is also called "Forever Your Girl" - for her energy (and for bringing back MC Skat Kat) in the medley. I rounded up some of my favorite looks from the night so that you, too, can sit on your phone for hours, staring at all these lovely, handsome people. She touched on Always Be My Baby, Emotions, We Belong Together and Hero.

"I'm so nervous! Seriously, thank you Billboard for letting me grow up on the charts with you and for this incredible honor".

Anyway! There were many other highlights from the show hosted by Kelly Clarkson; a complete list of nominees and winners is below.

She also admitted that she was "fangirling" over Taylor Swift. At the Disco's Brendon Urie. "Game of Thrones" actress Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on the HBO series and shined brightly on last week's episode. "But this record to me was so incredible".

"This will be the first time Paula Abdul is performing on an award show since she opened the 1990 American Music Awards with her eye-catching rendition of her 1988 single "(It's Just) The Way That You Love Me".

She also added, "There was a lot that happened over a couple of years that made me feel really, really awful". To anybody who doesn't allow themselves to be broken, and keeps getting up, and keeps holding on, and keeps standing tall, and keeps on believing, and keeps rising, I celebrate you tonight.

"Everything I did was for them", she said.
