The 37-year-old Duchess has hinted previously that she would like to have another baby despite giving birth to her youngest less than a year ago.

The Duchess' apparent broodiness appeared to continue on the tour when she encountered another fan with a baby girl.

Kate was on a walkabout with the Duke of Cambridge in Ballymena on the second day of their Northern Ireland visit when she met a baby called James Barr.

Details of Prince William and Kate Middleton's visit were kept secret.




When Alan then asked Kate if she and William, 36, are planning to expand their family, she joked that her husband may have reservations! The duchess, 37, laughed and said: "I think William would be a little anxious".

The news comes less than a year after Middleton gave birth to her and William's third child, a little boy named Prince Louis.

They treated Prince George and Princess Charlotte to some quality time a t a luxury spa where they had swimming races and a steam. The Duke and Duchess will take part in some of Cinemagic's workshops to see the full range of training they provide.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge waved goodbye to hundreds of cheering well-wishers in Ballymena as the couple completed their two day visit to Northern Ireland. She turned heads once again Wednesday night when she showed up to an event at the Empire Music Hall wearing a stunning sparkling blue dress.

Sporty Kate was in her element as she and William kicked off a surprise two-day tour of Northern Ireland with an action-packed day of activities.
