Patriots owner Kraft denies charges of soliciting prostitute

Patriots owner Kraft denies charges of soliciting prostitute

Robert Kraft, the billionaire owner of the New England Patriots, faces misdemeanor charges of soliciting a prostitute after he was twice videotaped in a sex act at a shopping-center massage parlor in Florida, police said Friday.

The 77-year-old Kraft denied any wrongdoing. If he lives outside the county, Kraft would receive a warrant for his arrest. Jupiter police said a warrant will be issued and his attorneys will be notified.

Over 50 arrests have reportedly been made and almost 200 warrants have been issued so far in relation to the widespread investigation. He still was six shots behind. "And - but I'm very surprised to see it". The owner of the teams faced the accusation because of two visits to the spa, where he allegedly used the services of a sexual nature.

In a statement to the Associated Press, a spokesperson for Kraft stated that they denied Kraft's engagement in illegal activity, but provided no further comments. The president called the news "very sad".

Vero Beach police Chief David Currey, whose agency has been involved in the sex-trafficking investigation, said the prostitutes are victims of an global human trafficking ring and have been trapped into the trade.

"These girls are there all day long, into the evening".

No one answered the phone at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on Friday. "They can't leave and they are performing sex acts", Currey said, according to TCPalm. "We tried to have a system in place and have continuity", Kraft told ESPN for the 25th anniversary of taking over the team.

Police said they arrested two women at the spa earlier this week for "deriving support from prostitution, maintaining a house for prostitution and offering to commit prostitution", reportsCBS Miami.

Since Kraft bought the team, the Patriots have won the Super Bowl six times under quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick.

He also recalled seeing Kraft getting into a chauffeured vehicle at the plaza about two weeks ago, saying he waved to Kraft and the Patriots owner waved back out of the auto window. He served a four-game suspension, and the Patriots were fined $1 million.

Now, it's Mr. Kraft who is involved in a scandal.
