Meghan Markle compares pregnancy to jet lag

Meghan Markle compares pregnancy to jet lag

"She said for her it's yoga, so being on the mat for her is like being in the ocean for us, and at 4:30 am this morning she got up and did yoga", Connell said.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now on a 16-day royal tour that includes stops in Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

But if Meghan was further along in her pregnancy it would also explain why she has been able to tackle such a hectic tour schedule easily (apart from a few secret breaks).

Yesterday, the couple stopped by Sydney's Bondi Beach as part of their tour.

Higgins' post of her conversation with Meghan appears to reveal her real due date, contradicting reports from multiple media outlets that Meghan is three months pregnant and has recently had her 12 week scan. She said she was up up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep.

"We both talked about how you feel jet lagged even though you have not travelled anywhere".

Meanwhile, a source told HollywoodLife that her husband Prince Harry is anxious about the effect all of her engagements on this tour will have on her and the baby. "Physical activity like yoga and surfing is so good for healing your mind". The royal has cited her mother, yoga instructor Doria, as responsible for kick-starting her love affair with yoga. She says she is feeling ok, not too bad. "She said it was her escape".

This royal mania reached a fever pitch after the announcement that Harry and Meghan are expecting a baby.
