'Don't touch me': Marco Rubio and Alex Jones clash

'Don't touch me': Marco Rubio and Alex Jones clash

That came after users flagged a video that Jones posted to Twitter in which he encouraged his supporters to ready their weapons against the media and other groups.

Before that hearing, Jones spotted a reporter waiting in the hall outside the meeting room, and Jones proceeded to berate the journalist, who has covered Jones' website and his suspensions from social media.

Jones had about 900,000 followers on Twitter and Infowars had about 430,000.

Inside the hearing, New Mexico Democratic Sen.

Rubio, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, answered another question from reporters before an aide announced he needed to leave. Simple as that. If conservatives are finding themselves increasingly banned from social media platforms, maybe they should look in the mirror and reassess if advocating for white nationalism or disinformation on behalf of a dishonest President is worth it.

"But what about the Democrats purging conservatives?".

A bewildered Rubio rolled his eyes. Sure, Jones has a significant weight advantage over Rubio, but he's also terrified of gay frogs.

Then Jones patted Rubio on the shoulder. "The Democrats are doing what you said China does", Jones said.

"You're not going to get arrested", Rubio told Jones. "You're not going to silence me".

"Oh, he'll beat me up". "I just don't know who you are, man".

Rubio warned, "You're not gonna get arrested".

"You are a little gangster thug", he shouted.

"I didn't say that", Rubio said.

The senator walked away and the show went on. Jones, who was deplatformed by Apple, Facebook and YouTube in an apparently coordinated action by big tech, got in Rubio's face. Twitter, however, had resisted, prompting Jones to triumphantly declare the social media platform's CEO, Jack Dorsey, a friend in the fight against the "globalists" seeking to impose a one world government. "People have to figure out what is real, and what is not, without censorship!" "I'll handle it myself".

He later posted videos showing himself verbally confronting a CNN reporter as well as Republican Senator Marco Rubio in a hallway.
