Tekashi 6ix9ine Hospitalized After Brutal Attack

Tekashi 6ix9ine has a new song out but that will be overshadowed by news that he was robbed and kidnapped.

It went down early Sunday morning (July 22) after Teskashi wrapped up shooting a video. He drove home after the shoot wrapped around 4 a.m., but when he got there, another vehicle was blocking his driveway. According to the account he allegedly gave police, 6ix9ine was a passenger in a vehicle around 4:30am when three men reportedly emerged from a second auto, forced the rapper into their auto and robbed him of "an undisclosed amount of jewelry". This all occurred while his daughter and her mother were inside, but they weren't hurt. The men returned to 6ix9ine's home and two of them went inside with him, while one guarded the vehicle. Three hooded gunmen got out and pistol-whipped the rapper, according to the report, knocked him unconscious and carried him into their vehicle. After pulling into his driveway, two of the suspects made their way inside the home and took an undetermined amount of jewelry and cash, authorities say.

TMZ reports, citing unnamed sources, that the men stole around $750,000 in jewelry and more than $15,000 in cash. One of the gunmen started to chase him but stopped because he was afraid he would later be recognized. The stranger called 911 - then promptly ask the roughed-up rapper to get out of the vehicle.

The driver called 911 and asked the rapper to get out of the auto.

The controversial rapper was taken to the hospital via ambulance where he awaits test results, says TMZ.

The report comes only hours after the release of his collaboration with Nicki Minaj, "FeFe".
