Everton should move for reported Liverpool target Xherdan Shaqiri

A move is all but certain as Shaqiri has made it clear he does not want to play in the Championship but is keen to stay in England.

Shaqiri's future, though, may not be sorted out imminently as he is heading to the World Cup in Russian Federation next week.
