Kanye West has returned to Instagram after roughly nine months of social media silence.

West is known for doing random and surprising things, and his Instagram posting spree is no exception. All the previous photos were gone (either by West deleting or archiving them). The rapper first posted a photo of a card he gave his wife Kim Kardashian that read "Happy Valentine's Day Babe".

He then shared pictures of largely-failed romances, including Cindy Crawford and Richard Gere, Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, Carmen Electra and Dennis Rodman, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, and Johnny Depp and Kate Moss. Madonna appears three times, with Sean Penn, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Dennis Rodman, as does Pamela Anderson, with Tommy Lee, Bret Michaels and Kid Rock.

Nearly all the couples he posted were or are real-life ones, except for one - Carrie and Mr.

Kris Jenner threw an wonderful Valentine's Day dinner for her family and a few close friends on Wednesday, spending the holiday with three of her children - Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian - as well as her boyfriend, Corey Gamble. He also made this his display photo.

On Wednesday on both Instagram and Facebook, she posted a photo of herself and West on a sidewalk, his arms around her, with a paparazzo in the background.
