Nelly Is Under Fire Again For Two More Counts of Sexual Assault

Jane Doe 1, a married mother in the USA military, detailed how she and a girlfriend spent a couple hours with Nelly in a VIP area before being invited to an after-party with him.

Koehler, the attorney of original complainant Monique Greene, was approached by the women, both of whom accuse Nelly of sexual assault while he was on tour in the UK.

The rapper Nelly has filed a countersuit against a woman who alleged in a lawsuit that he raped her on his tour bus after a Seattle performance. In an amendment to the injunction against "Nelly (and his penis)" to prevent him from harming other women, new details have been unveiled about the accusers' encounters.

While the second, Jane Doe 2, claims Nelly masturbated in front of her on his tour bus in Essex back in December 2017.

The amended complaint also sees the original accuser Greene claiming that Nelly "threatened" and "intimidated" her pursuing criminal action.

Born Cornell Iran Haynes Jr., but known simply to fans as Nelly, the rapper believes he was targeted by Greene who found her way into the VIP area at the show where he was the headlining act.

Since the allegations were first made against him, Nelly has maintained his innocence and plans to take legal action.

"She realized then that he expected to have sex with her", the lawsuit claims. She says that she firmly removed his hand, and attempted to leave with her friend; Nelly allegedly argued with her and repeatedly tried to prevent her from leaving. She says a member of his entourage will invite the women and friends backstage. Nelly allegedly yelled after her, "C**t!"

In her lawsuit, she described how on the night of October 6, she was working at the nightclub where she is a hostess when Nelly was performing. She asked if he was going to hit her and the rapper allegedly responded "No, I'm just frustrated, I'm not used to not getting my way, just do it".

He was arrested on a rape charge and later released.

The suit also notes that the date Greene declined to cooperate with prosecutors was the same day that actress Alyssa Milano began tweeting #MeToo and "brought momentum to the anti-sexual assault movement".
