Shocking!Beyonce, Jay Z employs 8 nannies for twins

If you included the two nannies who already look after 5-year-old Blue Ivy, that's eight caretakers in total who are in and out of the Carter-Knowles home.

And the star is said to be grateful to the support network that surrounds her.

Beyonce and Jay Z are big time earners and never reluctant to spend it on their off springs. One of them is Jay Z's confessing that he cheated on his wife in his latest album, "4:44", where he also touched on his estranged relationship with long time buddy, Kanye West.

"Beyonce wants to wipe the slate clean and bring the family back together".

With a billion dollar empire to protect, Beyonce and Jay-Z have made a decision to get some assistance to help them stay on their A-game.

The couple both know that "their marriage has suffered" because of all the focus they put towards their individual careers. I just ran into this place and we built this big, handsome mansion of a relationship that wasn't totally built on the 100 per cent truth and it starts cracking.

Beyonce's body bounced back incredibly fast after giving birth to twins less than two months ago.

Entertainment's power couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have hired six nannies to care for their twins, Rumi and Sir Carter.

With their newborns in good hands, the couple has time to work out and spend time together.

"She is slowly starting to get back to her "normal" life".

The insider added to People magazine: 'They are motivating each other to stay in shape'.

Are you surprised that Beyonce and Jay Z are renewing their vows again? Then we had to get to a point of, 'OK, tear this down and let's start from the beginning.
