First Person Servers Coming To PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS

First Person Servers Coming To PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS

Servers hosting this mode will appropriately be referred to as "hardcore servers" in-game.

PlayerUnknown Battleground's allows you to play in either third person or first person, but many people default to the easier to navigate third person view.

So that's fair- for now, might as well enjoy it in third person. The servers will be initially rolled out for North America and Europe solo and duo games, and once the system is ready, it will be released to other regions.

First person in PUBG is a little more daunting than third person as the view point constrains what you can see, naturally.

Update: Brendan Greene, PlayerUnknown himself, has confirmed dedicated first-person servers for PUBG's next monthly update, despite prior reservations voiced earlier this week.

I can't imagine playing an entire match in first-person, personally.

However, Greene recently revealed that the development team has made a decision to push back the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds full release to before the end of this year's fourth quarter.

Let's hope the first person servers have been fairly perfected before going live.

The widely popular arena deathmatch, PlayerUnkown's Battlegrounds will be receiving an interesting new addition in next month's update, First-person servers.
