Call of Duty WWII to be officially unveiled on April 26th

Call of Duty WWII to be officially unveiled on April 26th

There will also be a private beta, and those who pre-order will gain access to the tester which will be made available first on PlayStation 4 later this year.

A season pass for Call of Duty: World War 2 is a no-brainer, as is a steelbook.

Call of Duty: WWII Multiplayer combat immerses players in grounded, fast-paced action featuring an arsenal of authentic weapons and equipment, set in some of the most iconic locations in World War II's European theater.

Call of Duty WW2 will be revealed in full today, as Activision live streams the first full trailer.

Call of Duty: WWII will be released on November 3, 2017.

According to devs at Sledgehammer, Call of Duty WWII is shaping up to be the studio's biggest project yet.

"I don't know if it will drive their decision, but it's something that solidifies "Call of Duty" fans to be "Call of Duty" fans, versus "Battlefield" " or another series, he said. Not only that. The leak also indicated other details of the game, including a private beta and story description of some sort. It was 2003 when the original Call of Duty was unleashed on the world with a fresh experience that put you on the front lines and in the trenches of some of the war's most intense moments.

We're expecting a CG trailer followed by details on the title's single and multiplayer portions. However, the co-op "campaign" is usually relegated to a series of objective-based missions, rather than given its own story.

Does Call of Duty: Ghosts' resolution matter?

Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield of developer Sledgehammer Games told viewers that it has taken two-and-a-half years of research to prep for the game, traveling the routes of the infantry, taking lots of pictures and talking to veterans of the war. "The team at Sledgehammer Games is delivering an authentic, gritty, cinematic experience that honours both the epic scale, and the human struggle of the greatest war the world has ever known".

Activision confirmed "Call of Duty: WW2" last week, but so far, it's only officially shared a name and an image.

Finally, Sledgehammer Games did confirm that Nazi zombies would return!

Here's hoping that Call of Duty: WWII plays out more like Band of Brothers or The Pacific than a certain Michael Bay war film that's just too bad to explicitly mention.
